ALESSANDRO BERGONZONI is a performer of the absurd and of nonsense, he is a great linguistic experimenter, and believes comedy is a “primary and fundamental artistic product”. His first literary success is “Le balene restino sedute” (Mondadori, 1989). In 2013 through Garzanti, he publishes his first poetry book “L’amorte”.

ALESSANDRO D’AVENIA is the most famous “2.0 teacher” in Italy.  His first book “Bianca come il latte, rossa come il sangue” (Mondadori, 2010) has been published in 23 foreign countries and has exceeded one milion copies. In 2014 he issued the sophomore novel “Ciò che inferno non è” (Mondadori), focussing on the person of Father Pino Puglisi, whom he actually knew.

MARCO DELLA NOCE Since interpreting “master mechanic Oriano Ferrari” on “Zelig”, he has become on the better known comedians on the national levelMarco Della Noce has a longstanding career which began in 1988 with “Drive in”. Further collaborations involved him with Gialappa’s Band on “Mai dire gol” and with Serena Dandini on “L’ottavo nano”.

FRANCESCO GUCCINI is one of the major songwriters in Italy and his music is still a landmark for many a generation. Together with Loriano Macchiavelli he has ventured in noir detective stories in several novels, such as “Malastagione” (Mondadori 2011). Hot off the press of Mondadori are  “Il piccolo manuale dei giochi di una volta” and “Nuovo dizionario delle cose perdute”.

ROBERTO PIUMINI is considered “the great wizard of words”. Since 1978 he has been writing  nursery rhymes, poems, epics, fairy tales, short stories, novels, lyrics, plays, translations and scripts for films and cartoons.

GABRIELE ROMAGNOLI director of “GQ” from 2011 to 2013, at the end of the Nineties he was “La Stampa”‘s New York correspondent. He is a columnist for “Repubblica” and collaborates with both “Vanity Fair” and “Avvenire”. His latest novel is “Addio al coniugato”, published by Phasar; “Solo bagaglio a mano” (Feltrinelli 2015), is soon to be issued.
